VESTIGIUM is in no way affiliated with these brands, their parent companies, or any of their subsidiaries.

Our use of these denominations for descriptive purposes falls within the exhaustion of rights doctrine (Directive (EU) 2015/2436, art. 15, and consistent European jurisprudence), which authorises the resale of authentic products lawfully placed on the market by their rights holders, provided such resale does not damage the brand's reputation.

VESTIGIUM acknowledges that fragrance decants placed on the European market constitute cosmetic products within the meaning of Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009 on cosmetic products, as transposed into French law (articles L.5131-1 et seq. of the Code de la santé publique).
