Returns and refunds policy

Right of withdrawal

Per articles L221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, you have 14 days from order receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to justify reasons or pay penalties.

Return conditions

To be eligible for a refund, products must be:

• Returned in their original, intact packaging
• Unused (atomizer sealed, VESTIGIUM seal intact)
• Accompanied by the withdrawal form or a written request

Due to the olfactive and hygienic nature of the products, any decant whose VESTIGIUM seal has been broken or whose atomizer has been used cannot be refunded, per article L221-28 3° of the French Consumer Code.

Procedure

1. Notify your request by email at contact@vestigiumfragrance.com indicating your order number
2. Return the product to the address provided by return email, at your expense
3. Refund is processed within 14 days of receipt of the return

Refund terms

The refund is made through the same payment method used at order time, unless you expressly agree otherwise.

Damaged or non-conforming product

If you receive a damaged or non-conforming product, contact us within 7 days of receipt with photo evidence. Return and refund (or exchange) are at VESTIGIUM's expense.
