Shipping zones

VESTIGIUM currently ships across the European Union.

Preparation time

Each decant is conditioned to order, in a dedicated room, with vacuum sealing. Preparation time is 5 business days from payment confirmation.

Delivery time

Once the parcel is handed to the carrier, indicative times are:

• Metropolitan France: 2 to 4 business days
• European Union: 4 to 7 business days

Carriers

Depending on your choice and destination, your parcel may be shipped via Colissimo, Mondial Relay, Chronopost, or an equivalent carrier.

Shipping fees

Shipping costs are calculated based on destination and parcel weight. They appear automatically at checkout, before final order validation. Free shipping applies to all EU orders over 99 €.

Order tracking

As soon as your parcel is shipped, you receive a confirmation email containing the tracking number.

Damaged or lost parcel

If the parcel arrives damaged, make the usual reservations with the carrier (signature with handwritten reservations) and contact us immediately at contact@vestigiumfragrance.com with photo evidence.

If the parcel is not received after the indicative delay, contact us: we handle the carrier inquiry and reshipping as needed.
