Refund policy

Sealed decants may be returned within 14 days of receipt, in line with the EU right of withdrawal. For hygiene reasons, opened or unsealed vials cannot be returned.

To start a return, write to contact@vestigiumfragrance.com with your order number. Once the returned items are received and inspected, the refund is issued to the original payment method within 14 days.

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect: in that case VESTIGIUM covers them and replaces the item.
