Shipping policy

We ship across the European Union from France. Shipping is free on orders over 99 EUR.

Orders are hand-prepared and dispatched within 5 business days from payment confirmation; each decant is filled to order, sealed and lot-numbered. Delivery typically takes 2 to 5 business days within the EU after dispatch, depending on destination.

All shipments are tracked. Perfume is shipped in compliance with applicable regulations for alcohol-based goods, which may restrict certain carriers or destinations.
