Espresso poured over melting ice cream. Amore Caffè opens on a roasted coffee and amaretto accord, softens into speculoos biscuit and vanilla ice cream, then lets brown sugar and ambergris settle in for the long haul.
Released in 2023, it is Mancera's most openly gourmand statement: dessert-forward, certainly, but carried with the house's signature density, so the sweetness reads plush rather than sticky.
Each VESTIGIUM decant is hand-filled in France from a sealed, authentic 120 ml bottle: a measured pour of a very generous dessert.
