Paris at night, without cliche. Kurkdjian wanted to capture what the city becomes once the lights are on: enveloping, soft-ambered, slightly sweet without being gourmand. Grand Soir is an after-ten-o'clock fragrance, worn for oneself as much as for others.
The architecture is clear: amber, bourbon vanilla, benzoin, tonka. No fresh top note, no detour: the perfume starts directly with its depth. On skin, it weds rather than deposits. Very long-lasting, moderate to marked sillage. Unisex, worn more often by men in France, more often by women elsewhere.
